Goodness
A mayo alternative built on cooked moong dal and walnuts: it swaps eggs and refined oil for plant protein, fibre and folate from moong, plant omega-3 ALA from walnuts, and heart-healthy olive oil. Garlic, lemon and cumin add flavour and digestive benefits. It has about half the calories of regular mayonnaise and is vegan.
