At Nutraahi, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality nutrition products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Subscription orders are processed as per the selected billing cycle.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.


2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and service area.


3. Subscription Orders

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Orders are automatically processed at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Dispatch typically happens within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Customers must update address or pause/cancel at least 48 hours before billing date.

Once processed, subscription orders cannot be modified for that cycle.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on select plans or promotional offers.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.


6. Delays & External Factors

Nutraahi is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Customer unavailability at time of delivery

However, we will always assist in resolving delivery issues.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping fees.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of issue

Our team will review and assist accordingly.
