Goodness
A unique bite using tamarind seed (chintapandu ginja) powder, a traditional South Indian ingredient rich in the soluble fibre xyloglucan and in polyphenols that are being studied for joint and blood-sugar support. Almond butter, flax, sesame and pumpkin seeds add healthy fats, plant omega-3 and minerals, and cardamom aids digestion.

Who should avoid
• Tree-nut allergy: contains almond butter.
• Sesame allergy: contains white sesame (cold-pressed sesame oil retains allergenic protein).
• Strict cow's-milk protein allergy: ghee can carry trace milk protein.
• Coconut allergy (rare): contains dried coconut.
• Vegans: contains ghee.
• Strict ketogenic diet: ~46 g net carbs per 100 g (11 g per serve).
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women: tamarind-seed powder lacks safety data for these stages.
Consume less / with caution
• IBS / bloating-prone people: dates/figs/raisins (fructans, fructose) and high fibre may trigger gas or loose stools; start with half a serve.
• Diabetics on medication: tamarind-seed polysaccharides may lower glucose; monitor.
