Goodness
A seed-forward laddu: pumpkin and sunflower seeds are excellent sources of magnesium (sleep, muscles, blood sugar), zinc (immunity, skin, hormones), vitamin E and plant protein. Walnuts add omega-3 ALA. Sweetened only with dates, it is free from gluten and dairy. Seed-based laddus are also popular for seed-cycling and hormonal-wellness routines.
