Goodness
An eggless, tofu-based 'mayo' with about one-sixth of the fat of regular mayonnaise and real protein (~17 g/100 g). Tofu provides complete soy protein, calcium (if calcium-set) and isoflavones. Mustard and apple cider vinegar give classic tang. Low carb and cholesterol-free.
