Goodness
A protein-rich green dressing (about 15 g protein per 100 g) made from paneer and tofu instead of mayonnaise or cream, so it adds satiety and calcium to salads instead of just fat. It combines dairy protein (paneer) with plant protein and isoflavones (tofu). Mint and lemon keep it fresh and aid digestion. It is low-carb, which suits low-carb and diabetic meal plans.
