Goodness
Popped amaranth (rajgira) instead of puffed rice (muri): amaranth is a gluten-free pseudo-grain with about 2x the protein of rice, complete amino acids (including lysine, which most grains lack), and good iron, magnesium and calcium. It makes a light, crunchy, low-fat tea-time snack and is commonly allowed on vrat/fasting days.

• Chronic kidney disease (stage 3+): ~164 mg potassium & ~160 mg phosphorus per serve. Fit within renal diet allowance.
