Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Nutraahi, we believe in flexibility and transparency.

Our subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming renewal, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your billing date. Once a renewal has been processed, the order for that cycle cannot be canceled.

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Nutraahi account under Manage Subscription. If you need assistance, our support team is always here to help.

Due to the nature of nutrition products, we do not offer refunds on processed or shipped subscription orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Nutraahi reserves the right to update subscription terms when necessary, with prior notice to customers.
